Wild Owyhee

The Owyhee Canyonlands Conservation Proposal seeks to protect 2.5 million acres of public land in Malheur County, Oregon via a combination of National Conservation Area, Wilderness, and Wild & Scenic River designations. Permanently protecting the most special places within the Owyhee Canyonlands.

The Owyhee Canyonlands are the largest intact, unprotected stretch of the American West. With the help of ONDA and The Conservation Alliance, we had a wild idea to join forces with Osprey Packs, Keen Footwear and Ibex Clothing to create a film series in effort to raise awareness of a landscape that is currently under threat by mining, oil/gas exploration and unregulated vehicle use.
